Junior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to lead and grow LDH Scissors’ digital presence. In this hands-on role, you'll develop content, manage campaigns, and help shape our brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Youtube. You’ll also support newsletters, influencer partnerships, and occasional trade shows. This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their skill set.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Plan and execute content calendars with original photo and video content

Create engaging, sewing-related content (tutorials, tips, BTS, etc.) using LDH tools

Shoot and produce content using smartphones or cameras

Write and schedule newsletters to engage our community and promote products

Reach out to influencers and content creators for partnerships

Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize content performance

Engage with our audience and respond to comments and messages

Travel 2–3 times a year to support trade shows, content shoots, or events

Collaborate with our team to plan and launch campaigns

Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of social media and content creation experience

Knowledge of sewing, quilting, or textile arts is a must

Experience with video and photo production (camera or phone-based)

Experience writing newsletters or email marketing campaigns

Hands-on experience with Canva (or similar tools)

Comfortable on camera and confident presenting ideas

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willing and able to travel several times a year

Bonus: Spanish proficiency
