Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to help keep routine business activities organized and moving forward. This position is suited to someone who is comfortable working with documents, coordinating information, and providing practical support to colleagues throughout the workday.

You will handle a variety of administrative assignments, from maintaining records and preparing documents to updating internal information and assisting with follow-up. The work requires good judgment, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized without constant supervision.

Day-to-Day Work

Your responsibilities may include

• Assisting team members with general administrative requests
• Preparing and organizing documents, forms, and written materials
• Keeping electronic records and folders current and orderly
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking tools
• Reviewing information for completeness and bringing attention to discrepancies
• Helping coordinate meetings, calendars, and routine schedules when needed
• Following up on outstanding administrative items
• Gathering information for reports and internal business activities
• Responding to routine messages and directing requests to the appropriate person
• Handling company information responsibly and maintaining confidentiality
• Taking on other administrative assignments as business needs arise

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative or office support experience is helpful
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar workplace applications
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Good organizational habits and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A practical approach to problem solving and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
• Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for remote work
