Business Development Representative | £70,000-£85,000

On behalf of a leading international technology company specializing in enterprise software, cloud solutions, digital transformation, and IT services, we are seeking a Business Developer Representative to support the company's continued commercial expansion across the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMEs, enterprise clients, and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients' business challenges and propose tailored IT, cloud, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions.
• Manage the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to commercial negotiations and contract closure.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management, preferably within the Information Technology, Software, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Services sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to generate new business and develop strategic client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
