Executive Assistant

We are actively seeking an Executive Assistant for a highly reputable company in Altrincham.

The main duties include

• Provide direct support to the COO
• Full diary management and meeting scheduling
• Arrange UK travel, including trains and hotels
• Provide day-to-day administrative support
• Attend meetings and produce concise minutes
• Proactively chase meeting actions through to completion
• Support customer events, webinars and Sales Days
• Prepare ad hoc reports and management information
• Draft emails and communications on behalf of the COO
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency

Our client is looking for someone who has

• Experience of working as an Executive Assistant / PA
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent commercial awareness
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Benefits include

• Salary (£45k)
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising with service
• Hybrid working (2 days per week working from home)
