Senior Relationship Director – Property / Healthcare / Hotels & Leisure – North West

We're recruiting for a Senior Relationship Director to join a highly regarded specialist bank with ambitious growth plans across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Relationship Director who enjoys originating and structuring larger, more complex lending facilities whilst having the freedom to develop their own portfolio.

You'll work with established businesses across the Real Estate sector, whilst also supporting clients in adjacent markets including Hotels, Hospitality & Leisure, Healthcare and other asset-backed trading businesses.

The Opportunity

• Manage and grow a portfolio of property investors, developers and trading businesses across the North West.
• Significant autonomy to build your own client base and originate new lending opportunities.
• Strong credit appetite for sizeable, structured transactions with an entrepreneurial approach to lending.
• Work closely with an experienced credit team that understands the market and supports commercial decision making.
• Hybrid working based from Manchester with excellent long-term career prospects.

We're keen to speak with Relationship Directors who have

• A proven track record within Commercial or Corporate Banking.
• Experience lending into Real Estate and/or sectors such as Hotels, Hospitality & Leisure or Healthcare.
• The ability to structure and originate larger, more complex lending transactions.
• Strong relationship management, business development and credit analysis skills.
• An interest in working with both property-backed lending and quality trading businesses.
