I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded professional services organisation in Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-level support to multiple senior professionals while building strong relationships across the business.

What you'll be doing

Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements

Coordinating client communications and supporting business development activities

Assisting with document preparation, correspondence and reporting

Supporting billing, financial administration and matter management

Liaising with internal teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard

Helping organise events, projects and key business initiatives

What we're looking for

Previous Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrative experience, ideally within professional or legal services

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

High attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders

Someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a collaborative team environment
