Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a professional and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence, engage with potential clients online, and assist with directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with the public, responding to messages in a professional manner, and ensuring that potential client inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the firm's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify potential client inquiries and promptly forward them to the appropriate legal professional or staff member.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries received through social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and online community engagement.
• Monitor online reviews and notify management of any issues requiring attention.
• Help maintain the firm's professional online reputation.
• Provide general administrative support related to marketing and client communications.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in a social media marketing, client service, administrative, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and represent the firm positively online.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Experience in a legal, professional services, or office environment is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
