Part Time Receptionist/Administrator

Duties

• Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and guests
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately
• Manage front desk operations
• Perform data entry
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, mail, and courier services
• Support office management tasks such as calendar management, proofreading documents, and organizing meetings
• Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative functions
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishments

Requirements

• Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
• Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques
• Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus but not required
