Our HEAD OFFICE in Victoria is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Quotes Assistant. This position involves a variety of administrative duties to support our Purchasing Department. Salary is $42,640.00 per annum and may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and markups
• Customer service support for our branches
• Collaborate with internal staff to secure quotes
• Various administrative duties

Essential

• High School Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of mathematical principles
• Ability to use a spreadsheet at a rudimentary level
• Able to multi-task
• A keen eye for detail
• Experience in quotations and negotiating is an asset
• Knowledge of construction and/or plumbing is an asset
