Arbutus Physiotherapy and Health Centre is a busy, team-oriented physiotherapy clinic looking for a Full-Time Evening Administrative Supervisor (11:15am-7:15pm Mon-Fri) to lead our evening administrative team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be juggling multiple priorities, supporting your team, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting our evening administrative team
• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
• Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Scheduling, confirming, and managing a high volume of patient appointments
• Handling patient inquiries, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Processing payments, billing, insurance claims, and third-party funding documentation
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring administrative tasks are completed with precision
• Working closely with our clinicians to keep the clinic running efficiently
• Troubleshooting day-to-day challenges and confidently making decisions to keep things moving
• Helping create a positive, supportive workplace where teamwork comes first
