KW Habilitation is a local not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of individualized services and supports to children with any special need and adults with developmental disabilities. We support individuals to live a fulfilling life which is fostered through preschool and early learning supports, respite services, residential services, community participation, and employment supports.
The Early Learning and Child Development and Human Resources Administrative Assistant assists with the day-to-day operations of the administration, Early Learning and human resources functions and duties.
The Early Learning and Child Development and Human Resources Administrative Assistant supports the work of leadership and Early Learning staff, as well as in human resources in the following functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and employment.
The Early Learning and Child Development and Human Resources Administrative Assistant will portray a positive attitude, act as a role model to staff and communicate responsibly, professionally and objectively.
The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant will ensure that all services provided are within the context of KW Habilitation’s philosophy, policies and procedures and that they are consistent with legislative requirements.

Core Competencies
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm (some flexibility required)
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Rate of Pay: $50,469 – $56,076, includes benefits and pension
