Part-Time Bartender | Cambridge Mill

Bartenders at Cambridge Mill serve guests directly in the bar area as well as supporting service by mixing drinks ordered through servers. They are responsible for keeping the bar stocked and ready throughout service. The ideal candidate is able to mix a wide range of cocktails and also has beer and wine knowledge.

Bartenders work closely with all other front and back of house team members to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, and to provide an extraordinary guest experience.

This position requires late night, weekend and holiday work. Flexible availability is vital in a successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide luxury beverage service serving guests both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Help to create memorable experiences for our guests by staying apprised of events and special occasions.
• Make consistent efforts to identify repeat guests and customize their experience based on their preferences.
• Practice Smart Serve principles and check customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age as required.
• Communicate and be an example of Cambridge Mill's core values by demonstrating genuine and thoughtful hospitality in the day-to-day execution of duties
• Embody a great service culture, and create a high level of service standards and excellence

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-4 years in a Bartender role
• Smart Serve Certification
• Excellent wine, beer and spirit knowledge
