As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for providing design leadership and project management expertise on a diverse range of wayfinding projects across the region. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative wayfinding solutions that meet client objectives and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion.
• Develop creative direction and execution of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Create compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategy and design proposals to clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and work closely with wider teams of architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to propose integrated wayfinding design solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
• Demonstrate expertise in design software, such as Auto
• CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and Sketch
• Up to create conceptual designs, sketches, and illustrations.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wayfinding design, and incorporate relevant advancements into project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics across diverse project types, including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare, and education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex wayfinding projects from concept through completion, supported by a strong design portfolio and proven track record.
• Key Skills & Expertise
• Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards governing wayfinding and architectural projects within the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and the development of detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, leveraging expertise in urban planning and interior design to craft and present holistic wayfinding strategies.
• Proficiency in design software, including Auto
