As Manager, Digital Activation & Partnerships, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive guest engagement, digital ordering, and brand loyalty.

This role will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, partnerships, and merchandise activations, while identifying new test-and-learn opportunities, optimizing digital performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver best-in-class experiences that support our marketing and business objectives.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Digital Activation Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of our biggest digital campaign initiatives, ensuring they land on time, on brand, and on target.
• Partnership Management & Reporting: Manage existing digital partnerships, monitor and report on performance, and recommend new opportunities that either drive new guests to BK or increase frequency among existing guests.
• Landing Page Oversight: Oversee landing page support for key brand initiatives, briefing requirements, reviewing builds, and ensuring pages deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Swag Strategy & Execution: Own the swag strategy for BK — recommend products and activation moments, and manage execution from concept through fulfillment.
• New Partnership Development: Propose and develop pitches for new digital partnerships focused on driving new guests to BK, aging down the brand, and delivering added value to existing Royal Perks members.
• Cross-Functional Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Brand, CRM, social, Digital Product, Legal, and PR — to bring campaigns and partnerships to life through a best-in-class customer experience.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in digital marketing, partnerships, or brand activation roles, ideally in QSR, retail, or consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience managing external partners or vendors, including performance reporting and opportunity identification.
• Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and effective delegation to meet key milestones.
• Track record of executing multi-channel digital campaigns from strategy through launch.
• Comfort pitching new ideas internally and externally, with strong storytelling and deck-building skills.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and guest lifecycle marketing (e.g., acquisition, frequency, retention).
• Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders at once.
• Action-oriented, leading with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in an environment that demands flexibility, agility, and ambiguity.
• A self-starter who takes full ownership of their projects, driving them forward with energy and accountability from strategy through execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; effective at leading cross-functional team members towards a common goal
