Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Beach, FL, responsible for driving sales performance and market expansion across an assigned zone. This role involves overseeing sales teams, setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

The Zonal Sales Manager will regularly visit key retail and distribution partners, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and mentoring sales representatives, coordinating promotional activities, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

The role also requires maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards in the zone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in regional or zonal sales management, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or retail distribution.
• Strong skills in sales planning, target setting, and performance tracking.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams in a multi-location environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfort with frequent local travel within the zone and regular on-site presence in Miami Beach, FL.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance.
• Experience in market analysis, competitor tracking, and implementing growth strategies is highly beneficial.
