Senior Digital Marketing Strategist – Miami, FL

Job Summary

Mobikasa is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Growth Lead to lead digital marketing strategy for our clients while supporting our business development team in winning new business.

This is a client-facing leadership role for someone with agency experience who can develop growth strategies across SEO, AI Visibility, Paid Media, CRO, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Ecommerce Marketing. You'll work closely with clients, sales, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to deliver measurable business growth while helping position Mobikasa as a leader in next-generation digital marketing.

Success in this role will be measured by client growth, client satisfaction, retention, and contribution to new business acquisition..

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing and growth strategies for ecommerce and B2B clients.
• Conduct digital marketing, SEO, and AI Visibility audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead client strategy sessions and present recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Develop AI Visibility (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve client discoverability across AI-powered platforms.
• Recommend improvements across SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, structured data, authority building, and website performance.
• Define strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, AI Visibility, CRO, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Content Marketing.
• Partner with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Participate in discovery calls, client presentations, and proposal discussions to support new business acquisition.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and search innovations.
• Develop marketing frameworks, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience.
• Digital agency services

• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative sales engagements.
• Strong network within the ecommerce, retail, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Strategy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within a digital marketing, ecommerce, or technology consulting agency.
• Experience developing and presenting digital strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Ecommerce Marketing.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Work Location

• Full-time position
• Hybrid work model
• Based in our Miami office (2–3 days per week) - negotiable
• Travel across the United States as required

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
