Regional Sales Manager - South Florida

Job Summary

Southeastern Chemical, a 30-year-old family-owned and operated chemical blending and distribution business, is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our growing sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting our chemical products and hazardous waste removal services to industrial, manufacturing, and commercial clients. You will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, creating solvent and waste removal solutions and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Location: South Florida (Greater Miami Area)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
• Understand and promote the company’s full range of chemical products and hazardous waste removal services
• Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends and regulations
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Routinely document sales activity, sales performance and competitive intel in CRM software
• Demonstrate compliance with quality and safety requirements at all times

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business related field (preferred)
• Proven 2+ years experience in B2B chemical sales or industrial product sales (preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate chemical products and their applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, REACH, GHS)
• Experience with specialty chemicals, industrial solvents, water treatment chemicals, or hazardous waste
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics in chemical distribution
