• Experience from Big 4 or Public Accounting current or past
• Multiple entity, multiple bank accounts and inter-company transactions
• Experience from "Family Office" industry is a plus
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Proficiency with QuickBooks

Company and Job Overview: This Family Office is seeking an Accounting professional to handle the day-to-day Accounts Payables and high volume of Transacations requests for a multi-entity and intercompany umbrella of businesses. This role works in a small dynamic Miami team and with the Wealth Mgt partner, reporting to the HQ in another US state and meeting with the main company Executives coming in and out of Miami.

Experience from Public Accounting current or past and working with either Family Office or Multiple entity/Inter-company transactions is needed for this role.

• Account Payables, processing, coding and scheduling of payments and check runs; Vendor payments and communications.
• Verifies and issues Wires, and other bank or account transfers and makes deposits.
• Performs bank, account and credit card reconciliations.
• Other complex transactions and intercompany for multiple entities and bank accounts under one umbrella.
• Resolves discrepancies and keeps documentation and records and on POs, contracts, invoices, or payments.
• Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or amendments.
• Performs payroll administration.
• Prepares various reports for schedules, budgets, monthly expenses, credit card approvals, intercompany bill backs.
• Creates Excel spreadsheets and runs various Analytics and reporting.
• Maintains charitable acknowledgement confirmations and other philanthropy.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Responds to requests from Executives timely, on financial information, transactions and other assistance.
• Communicates with Property Manager collecting information and for reporting.
• Manages Miami office correspondence, via email or receives mail and finance related documents.
• Use of QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets; other systems.
