What You’ll Do (aka Your Mission)

Own the general ledger and ensure everything balances perfectly

Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, adjustments & more)

Play a key role in month-end, quarter-end & year-end close

Reconcile accounts and investigate variances like a pro

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Support financial reporting and management insights

Partner with auditors and prepare required documentation

Improve processes and strengthen internal controls

Analyze financial data and recommend improvements

Collaborate with AP, AR, payroll & operations teams

Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules (if applicable)

What You Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

1–3 years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP

Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

Analytical mindset + strong attention to detail

⏱Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Bonus Points If You Have

✈Aviation or MRO industry experience

Cost accounting or operational metrics knowledge
