Shopify Growth Manager (B2B & B2C)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Growth Manager to lead the daily management and growth of our Shopify store (hechstore.us) serving both B2B wholesale customers (spas, wellness centers, clinics, retailers and distributors) and B2C consumers.

The candidate will be responsible for optimizing the Shopify store, launching new products, managing content and visuals, growing affiliate and creator partnerships through Shopify Collabs and UpPromote, and executing initiatives that increase traffic, conversions and sales.

This role combines eCommerce management, digital marketing, affiliate management and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

• Manage Shopify daily operations
• Maintain a clean and premium online store
• Update pricing and inventory
• Create landing pages
• Manage navigation and menus

Product Management

• Upload new products
• Create SEO-friendly product pages
• Organize variants
• Manage images and videos

Content & Visual Management

• Update homepage banners
• Manage seasonal campaigns
• Upload educational videos
• Maintain brand consistency
• Manage all Shopify daily operations
• Maintain a clean and premium online store
• Create and optimize product collections
• Launch new products
• Update pricing and inventory
• Create landing pages
• Manage navigation and menus
• Improve customer journey
• Optimize checkout experience

Product Management

• Upload new products
• Create SEO-friendly product pages
• Optimize product titles
• Write compelling product descriptions
• Organize variants
• Manage images and videos
• Coordinate product launches

Content & Visual Management

• Update homepage banners
• Manage seasonal campaigns
• Refresh website visuals
• Coordinate lifestyle imagery
• Upload educational videos
• Maintain brand consistency

Shopify Apps Management

Must have experience with

Affiliate & Creator Program

Manage Shopify Collabs and UpPromote including

• Recruiting affiliates
• Recruiting creators
• Approving applications
• Creating commission structures
• Managing discount codes
• Monitoring affiliate performance
• Providing affiliate assets

B2B Management

Support wholesale growth by

• Creating wholesale pricing
• Managing B2B customer accounts
• Creating dealer applications
• Managing dealer discounts
• Updating B2B catalogs
• Creating landing pages for wholesalers
• Coordinating B2B promotions

Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with

• Influencers
• Content creators
• Business Development Manager
• Social Media Manager

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Shopify stores
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem
• Experience with Shopify Collabs
• Experience with UpPromote
• Knowledge of SEO
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Excellent written English
• Experience with premium/luxury brands is highly preferred
