We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Community Growth & Events Manager who loves building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and growing a community around something truly unique.

About the Role

This position combines community engagement, influencer partnerships, event management, and local marketing into one exciting role.

You'll help make MOSIDA one of Miami's most talked-about destinations by developing relationships with influencers, schools, businesses, tourism partners, families, and local organizations while creating unforgettable events that guests can't wait to share.

What You'll DoCommunity Growth

• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, schools, tourism organizations, nonprofits, and community groups.
• Develop partnerships that increase museum attendance.
• Create referral and ambassador programs.
• Represent MOSIDA at networking events and community functions.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat visitors.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Coordinate influencer visits and exclusive preview events.
• Communicate with creators before, during, and after their visits.
• Ensure every influencer has an exceptional experience.
• Work with our marketing team to maximize campaign impact.
• Develop long-term partnerships with creators.

Events

• Coordinate birthday parties, corporate team-building events, school visits, media events, and private rentals.
• Meet with clients before events.
• Ensure every event exceeds expectations.
• Coordinate vendors and internal staff.
• Handle event logistics from booking through execution.

Guest Experience

• Be one of the faces of MOSIDA.
• Welcome VIP guests.
• Solve guest issues professionally.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Look for ways to continuously improve the visitor experience.

Marketing Support

• Work closely with our social media team.
• Identify great stories worth sharing.
• Capture customer testimonials and memorable moments.
• Help organize promotional campaigns.
• Assist with special launches and seasonal events.
