Entry-Level Bookkeeper - Temp-to-Perm

We are seeking two motivated Entry-Level Bookkeepers to join a growing team in Downtown Miami. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow with an established organization.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Perform data entry and assist with account reconciliations

Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Qualifications

0-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

QuickBooks experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Eager to learn and grow within the accounting field

English required; Spanish is not required
