Job Title: Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized coordinator to manage daily freight movements, track shipments, and handle shipping paperwork for inbound domestic goods & export goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive goods & invoice
• Prepare accurate packing lists, and export documents.
• Coordinate samples for certain jobs.
• Receive actual inventory from time to time at our location, check, mark & ship

Qualifications

1–3 years of logistics experience, proficiency in Excel and strong problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• QuickBooks experience required.

Operating Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Pay: $21 per hour with 1 hour of paid lunch per day, 40 hour work week.

The position is in person (hybrid & work from home not available).

We offer 21 days off per year including ONE week paid vacation and approximately 2 weeks off for paid holidays including two weeks at the end of the year when we close for Christmas & the New Year. A week is considered 5 calendar days.
