Training and Development Specialist

A training & development specialist is sought by a consulting firm to prepare and organize medical service training materials and programs in Miami, FL to perform the following duties:

• Prepare and draft training and development material and programs for better serving cryonics, surrogacy, and medical tourism and medical treatment clients.
• Do research and comparation about the difference of medical service in China and U.S.
• Prepare and draft bilingual medical service introduction documents and medical service comparison documents.
• Based on supervisor’s instruction, prepare and draft in-house standard medical consulting services procedures and materials.
• Coordinate employees in-house training arrangement and schedules.
• Coordinate US clinician seminar and presentation trips to China.
• hare medical services materials and information with marketing department, and assist marketing campaigns to promote the U.S. medical service to Chinese nations, including promote cryonics service to Chinese nationals seeking immortality or high-end burial and funeral services, promote surrogacy service to help infertile families to have their children, promote regular health examination and complete genome sequencing to clients with high-quality health examination, and help patients to obtain better chances of recovery in the United States.
• Research medical consulting service industry’s prevailing practices as well as trends and new developments in order to update latest training materials so that company can provide latest medical consulting services to clients and gain a competitive edge for medical consulting service.
• Research legal and industrial regulations in order to ensure our company’s compliance with laws in both China and the U.S. markets.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine.

2. One-year experience in medical product consulting.

3. Strong networking skills and excellent communication skills.
