Voyage-Marche, Inc. is a growing importer and distributor of specialty food products sourced from Europe. We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing data, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in purchasing, international logistics, inventory management, customer service, accounting activities, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders with European suppliers and oversee the process through delivery to our third-party logistics provider (3PL).
• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance activities, and transportation logistics.
• Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve supply chain issues.
• Process customer purchase orders, create sales orders, coordinate fulfillment with the warehouse, and generate customer invoices.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks and prepare weekly payment proposals.
• Set up new products in customer portals and internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain product costing sheets and pricing analyses.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy between internal records and warehouse inventories.
• Prepare sales, inventory, purchasing, and other management reports.
• Support general administrative and operational activities as required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, accounting, business analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with QuickBooks or comparable ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently (proactive).
• Experience in the food, import, distribution, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a small business environment where flexibility and initiative are highly valued.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Citizens or Green Card holders). NO sponsor employment visas now or in the future for this position.
• This position is intended for candidates currently residing in the Miami-Dade area.
