Job Summary

Trybal Group is growing and looking for licensed real estate agents in Florida to join our team. We are building a brokerage environment where agents can keep more of their commission, receive real operational support, create stronger content, and get access to lead opportunities. If you are a licensed real estate agent who wants a better structure, more support, and room to grow, we would like to speak with you.

Duties

• Work with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing real estate
• Prepare and submit offers, contracts, and related documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, cooperating agents, lenders, title companies, and team members
• Follow brokerage compliance procedures and state real estate regulations
• Use available brokerage support, marketing tools, and lead opportunities to grow your business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License required
• Real estate experience preferred, but motivated newer agents may be considered
• Strong communication skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and growth-oriented
• Ability to work with clients in Florida market
• Interest in using social media, content, and marketing to grow your business is a plus
• Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Russian and other languages are very welcome!
