Current Openings

Litigation Legal Assistant – Brickell

• Salary up to $88,000
• Hybrid schedule after 90 days (4 days in the office / 1 day remote)
• Support a team of litigation attorneys in a fast-paced Am Law 200 firm
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, pleadings, motions, and attorney schedules
• Experience with State and Federal Courts required
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred

Document Production Specialist / Word Processor – Brickell

• Salary: $75,000–$86,000
• Hybrid schedule after 90 days
• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Join the document production team of a premier Am Law 200 law firm
• Create, edit, proofread, and format complex legal documents
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft 365 experience required
• Experience with iManage, Litera, Best Authority, DocuSign, and other legal technology platforms preferred
• Document production experience required

Litigation Legal Assistant – Downtown Miami

• Salary: Up to $88,000
• Five days onsite
• Support multiple litigation attorneys in a nationally recognized law firm
• Federal and State Court experience required
• Litigation calendaring, e-filing, billing, scheduling, document preparation, and case management
• Defense litigation experience strongly preferred
• Excellent opportunity for experienced legal assistants seeking long-term growth

Litigation Paralegal – Coconut Grove

• Salary: $93,000–$95,000
• Hybrid schedule after 90 days (4 days in the office / 1 day remote)
• Hours: 8:45 – 5:00
• Support complex defense litigation matters, including construction defect, catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and professional liability
• Trial preparation and trial attendance experience highly preferred
• State and Federal Court experience required
