Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: Base up to $100,000

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and innovative California law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators handling sophisticated civil litigation matters in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Manage and maintain litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case files.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Manage electronic filings in California state and federal courts.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and litigation support throughout the lifecycle of each matter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of California litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures.
• Proficiency with e-filing, calendaring, legal research, and case management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
