Junior Paralegal / Legal Secretary

Intellectual property boutique law firm seeks full-time Junior Paralegal for Intellectual Property, Trademark, and Franchise Law. A person in this role will collect client data to assemble trademark application, assignments, licenses, Franchise documents, and dispute matters, including managing and maintaining docketing, and providing status reports to attorneys and clients.

Requirements

• 1 years of Paralegal or Legal Secretary experience (Preferred)
• Paralegal Certification (Preferred)
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills for high-volume environment.
