Your Responsibilities

• Routinely hitting weekly call/activity volume performance metrics * Successful completion of our training regimen * Provide high-level guidance/support to buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction * Conduct market research to determine accurate property values * Negotiate contracts and terms of sale * Provide exceptional customer service to all you transact with

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of administrative tasks related to real estate transactions * Regular attendance on Zoom for phone time, meetings, and training

Compensation
