Sales Director | Aviation Aftermarket | Rotables & Components

We are supporting a specialist aviation aftermarket platform in the search for a Sales Director to drive commercial growth across the USA.

This role is focused on developing airline, MRO and aviation aftermarket relationships, with a particular emphasis on airframe rotables, component solutions and long-term customer partnerships.

The Opportunity

• Lead sales activity across a key European territory with significant growth potential
• Build on an established aftermarket platform with strong operational capability
• High degree of autonomy and visibility within the business
• Flexible working arrangement with location flexibility across Europe

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with airlines, MROs and other aviation aftermarket customers
• Identify, pursue and secure new component and rotable sales opportunities
• Expand existing accounts and increase customer share-of-wallet
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales cycle through to completion
• Monitor market activity and customer demand to support business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience selling airframe rotables, LRUs, components or USM solutions
• Strong network across airlines, MROs and aviation aftermarket stakeholders in Western Europe
• Demonstrable success winning and developing customer accounts within the aviation aftermarket sector
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
