Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

5 hours per day (15 hours per week)

A leading company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and integration of customized bulk material handling systems is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage day-to-day accounting functions while maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and balance accounts.
• Process accounts payable and customer billing.
• Prepare and file sales tax reports.
• Pull, review, and maintain financial reports.
• Ensure accurate financial records and assist with other bookkeeping duties as needed.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and standard office equipment.
• Strong bank reconciliation and account balancing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Professional references are required.
