Primary Services is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to support a prestigious client in the energy industry. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a large, well-established organization, partnering with procurement professionals and business stakeholders to execute strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier engagements, and strengthen procurement operations.

The Supply Chain Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting sourcing strategies, contract administration, and data-driven procurement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of request for proposal (RFP) processes.
• Perform procurement analytics and prepare reports to support sourcing decisions.
• Draft, review, and coordinate contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Execute operational procurement activities and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to support procurement objectives.
• Maintain procurement records, documentation, and sourcing files.
• Monitor sourcing activities to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate multiple procurement projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Provide support for additional sourcing and procurement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of request for proposal (RFP) processes and supplier sourcing activities.
• Experience with contract drafting, contract administration, or contract lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and procurement reporting tools.
• Experience using ERP, procurement, or supply chain management systems.
• Ability to perform procurement analytics and interpret sourcing data.
• Knowledge of operational services procurement, materials procurement, or both is preferred.
• Experience supporting procurement activities within a utility, energy, infrastructure, or other regulated industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
