Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Realtor to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing company-owned properties, coordinating transactions, and assisting with property sales activities.

Unlike traditional brokerages, we provide substantial support by sponsoring the agent and covering key operational costs, including MLS and other online platform fees.

Key Responsibilities

• List company-owned residential and commercial properties on MLS and other real estate platforms
• Prepare and manage property listings, descriptions, and marketing materials
• Coordinate showings, open houses, and client inquiries
• Assist in pricing strategies and market analysis
• Manage offers, negotiations, and transaction documentation
• Ensure compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations
• Maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and other real estate professionals
• Provide periodic updates on listing performance and market activity
• Coordinate with internal teams for property readiness and closing activities

Qualifications

Required

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Good standing with TREC
• Strong understanding of Houston real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MLS systems and online real estate platforms
• Ability to manage multiple listings and transactions simultaneously
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Preferred

• Previous experience in residential real estate sales
• Experience handling investor-owned properties
• Knowledge of property management and investment transactions
• Existing network within the Houston real estate community
