We are seeking a motivated recruitment professional from the industry to join our team in Houston! This role focuses on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client and candidate relationships in the business services industry.

Description

You'll work with mid-to-senior level professionals on permanent roles, partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver outcomes that matter. We are a target-driven team with clear goals and transparency, so every placement you make contributes to your progression. With structured training and development, you'll build confidence and momentum quickly.

You'll be responsible for

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your market and region.
• Managing the recruitment process from interview through to placement.
• Building and managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
• Searching, sourcing and screening candidates using a range of online tools and channels.
• Building trusted partnerships with clients and supporting their growth through effective hiring solutions.
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Managing contract negotiations with clients.

Profile

• Experience in prospecting and lead generation.
• A strong track record of winning business.
• Consistent achievement against targets or objectives.
• Motivation to deliver measurable results and grow a long-term career in sales.
• A BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
• An adaptable, curious and coachable approach.
