Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing clear and confident support at every step.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continually enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
• Utilize technology and online tools to communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Set and pursue meaningful income goals, leveraging the support and resources available to achieve them.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a client-first approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital platforms.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
• Comfortable using technology and online tools to manage client interactions and transactions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to share insights and strategies.
