Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the automotive sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting high-end and B2B (business-to-business) clients to expand market share.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored automotive financing options.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, outreach campaigns, and networking to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial client contact through deal closing, ensuring smooth transaction processes using CRM software supported by technical systems.
• Utilize excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to engage clients effectively, conduct persuasive negotiations, and upsell additional products or services.
• Manage inventory control, retail math calculations, and dealership operations to optimize stock levels and maximize profitability.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach efforts to enhance dealership visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong background in passenger car or automobile retail sales.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, high-end vehicle negotiations, deal closing, and achieving sales targets.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, CRM systems (technically supported), and retail math fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual skills are highly advantageous.
• Experience in sales team management, outbound cold calling, upselling techniques, and customer relationship building.
• Familiarity with public speaking for marketing purposes and proficiency in retail sales support tools is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with outstanding phone etiquette and client communication expertise.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in inventory control and dealership operations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
