Full-Time | $60,000 Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus Opportunity

The Minnesota Real Estate Team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to lead and grow our Zillow Preferred Partner program. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with real estate sales experience who enjoys coaching others, improving systems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Working directly with Ryan O'Neill and our leadership team, you'll help ensure every Zillow lead receives outstanding service while coaching agents to improve response times, conversions, and overall success.

Today, our Zillow program averages approximately 20 plus closed transactions per month. Our goal is to grow to 40+ closings per month through your strong leadership, coaching, accountability, and exceptional client service. This role will be instrumental in helping us achieve that vision.

Compensation

• $60,000 annual salary
• Monthly Performance-based bonus potential compensation as well

Responsibilities

• Review Zillow leads daily to ensure timely follow-up and accurate lead management.
• Coach agents directly with communication, follow-up, and lead conversion.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching with participating agents.
• Monitor Follow Up Boss and Zillow Premier Agent activity.
• Help increase ZHL preapprovals and overall team performance.
• Improve systems, workflows, accountability, and agent success within the Zillow program.
• Work closely with leadership to help grow one of the team's most important lead sources.

Qualifications

• Residential real estate sales experience strongly encouraged.
• Minnesota real estate license preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills, kind, friendly, compassionate.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Kind, caring, professional, and dependable.
• Comfortable coaching and holding others accountable.
• Experience with Follow Up Boss, Zillow Premier Agent, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Schedule

This is a full-time, salaried position here in the Twin Cities. Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including some occasional evening and weekend follow up.
