Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to support enterprise technology sourcing and vendor management initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiations, financial analysis, vendor sourcing, and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with project management skills and is comfortable working with technology vendors, legal teams, finance, and business stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing software and technology procurement in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience conducting financial and cost analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple procurement or sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of vendor procurement and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business, legal, finance, and technology teams.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong computer software aptitude with the ability to quickly learn enterprise procurement and contract management systems.
