This role combines workflow execution + administrative support, and is focused on accuracy, structure, and system-based work across multiple tools.
This is not a traditional law firm paralegal role.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will support both
- Client Workflow Execution
- Work inside multiple systems daily (email/inbox, task management, time tracking)
- Review incoming requests and route them into structured workflows
- Complete assigned tasks using defined SOPs
- Maintain accurate tracking of work in ClickUp (or similar system)
- Enter detailed time logs for client billing purposes
- Support continuous movement of client work across multiple requests
- Internal Administrative Support
- Assist with internal operational and administrative tasks
- Support team organization and workflow coordination
- Help maintain internal tracking systems and task hygiene
- Support document organization and internal process upkeep
- Assist with general operational tasks as assigned

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a patent paralegal, patent prosecution support, or similar legal/administrative role
- U.S.-based and authorized to work remotely
- Experience working in task management systems (ClickUp or similar) and time-tracking/billing tools
- Familiarity with patent prosecution processes, USPTO procedures, and docketing preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Inbox triage and routing of incoming requests
- Execution of assigned workflow tasks
- Accurate task tracking in ClickUp (or similar system)
- Detailed and timely time entry for billing
- Internal administrative and operational support tasks
- Maintaining workflow accuracy across multiple clients and projects
- Following SOPs without deviation
- Prepare, review, and coordinate U.S. and foreign patent prosecution filings and related correspondence under attorney supervision
- Manage patent prosecution deadlines, docketing, and filing requirements to ensure compliance with USPTO, foreign associate, and client deadlines
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, foreign associates, and patent offices regarding patent prosecution matters and filing requirements
- Maintain accurate patent records, client files, and prosecution documentation across multiple client portfolios

Compensation
$40-$50 per hour (W-2 employee rate)
