Position Overview

Our Bookkeepers play a crucial role in maintaining our clients financial records, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This in person position involves a variety of tasks, including reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with payroll processing
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare journal entries

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
