Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on, and results-oriented Operations & Sales Manager to lead our day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics systems, and internal customer service team, while taking full charge of sales management and business expansion for cabinetry and building materials.
In this role, you will leverage your deep sales management experience in the cabinetry industry to formulate sales strategies, expand B2B channels (contractors, builders, design studios, and retailers), and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
At the same time, you will optimize warehouse workflows (specifically cabinet and stone slab warehousing and fulfillment), building a seamless and efficient bridge between sales and warehouse operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCabinetry Sales Management & Revenue Growth
- Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and execute regional sales strategies, set sales goals and KPIs, and fully oversee the sales expansion of cabinetry and related building materials to ensure meeting and exceeding company revenue and profit targets.
- B2B Channel & Key Account Development: Focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key B2B clients, including renovation contractors, residential builders, cabinet design studios, and wholesalers, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
- Sales Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, train, and evaluate showroom sales, outside sales, and inside sales/customer service teams. Standardize the sales follow-up process to improve conversion rates for project bidding and quoting.
- Market & Product Strategy: Closely monitor cabinetry market trends, popular styles, and competitor pricing strategies. Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize cabinetry product structures and stocking plans.

- Sales & Fulfillment Synergy: Continuously optimize the end-to-end workflow—from customer sample selection and quoting to warehouse order scheduling and shipping—reducing delivery lead times and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Team Culture: Foster a high-performance culture that balances "sales service awareness" with "warehouse safety protocols."

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B workflows, supply chain characteristics, sales pipeline management, and heavy building material handling in the cabinetry and construction materials industry.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage both sales/customer service teams and warehouse/logistics teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with ERP/WMS/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, QuickBooks Enterprise, or industry-specific cabinetry design and ordering software) and Microsoft Excel.
- Logistics Expertise: Solid understanding of local and regional freight dispatching and fleet logistics.
