Data Analyst (DLP) in Major Japanese Bank

Summary

Supports Data Loss Prevention and Data Security mission critical initiative to protect SMBC sensitive data. This person will be considered the SME.

Responsibilities

Facilitate policy development/rule tuning within Data Loss Prevention suite of technologies. DLP Analysts will provide this individual feedback on policies and rules that are/aren't working and this individual will be responsible for ensuring that rules/policies are developed properly.

This individual will also be responsible for working with the data analysts to create and deliver data loss metrics for reporting, and drafting playbooks/job aids for their responsibilities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Proofpoint is a must. Experience with Microsoft Purview and Island.io. is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. Strong attention to detail, inquisitive, strong written and verbal communication skills is also a must. Ability to work within a fast paced, and dynamic team who are results driven.

Pay: $54.00 per hour
