About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator / Sales Support Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is far more than an administrative position—it's a role that sits at the center of every machine delivery, coordinating the many moving pieces required to successfully bring our customers' projects to life.

You'll act as the hub connecting customers, trucking companies, rigging contractors, machine builders, our sales team, service department, and internal leadership. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating proactively, anticipating challenges before they arise, and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.

Work Environment

This is a primarily remote position, supporting our Charlotte and Nashville operations,

offering the flexibility to work from home while remaining closely connected with our team and customers. Occasional in-office (Charlotte office) attendance will be required for company meetings, sales meetings, open houses, training sessions, and other business events. Any required office time will be communicated and scheduled well in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics activities to ensure the timely delivery and installation of CNC machine tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trucking companies, rigging companies, CNC machine builders, customers, and internal departments.
• Manage and process incoming documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
• Coordinate with the Service Department to communicate expected delivery dates, installation schedules, and project updates.
• Monitor sales and service activity to facilitate proactive communication and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow, resolve scheduling challenges, and support successful project execution.
• Participate in pre-order and post-order review meetings with the sales team and leadership to ensure project readiness and successful execution.
• Attend weekly management meetings and biweekly Bookings, Backlog, and Shipments (BBS) meetings with Corporate Finance to provide logistics updates and coordinate priorities.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the delivery and installation process.
• Perform general administrative and operational support duties for the Charlotte office as needed.
• Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues to minimize delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and sharing best practices.
