Location: Nashville, TN

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys in complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
• Manage case files, document organization, and litigation databases
• Handle state and federal court e-filing and monitor critical deadlines
• Draft, proofread, and edit pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Perform legal research, document review, and factual investigations
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibit lists, and trial binders
• Coordinate filings and service in state, federal, and appellate courts
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, vendors, and opposing counsel
• Assist with both paralegal and legal assistant responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and workflows
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with courts, vendors, clients, and attorneys

Technology Experience

Experience with the following is highly preferred

• Relativity
• Nextpoint
• NetDocuments
• Microsoft Office Suite
