OneApp is a mission-driven company that increases access to rental housing by removing financial and systemic barriers for renters while reducing risk for property managers. We're building market-based solutions to unlock housing opportunities at scale, with a bold 10-year goal to help 1 million people gain access to housing.
As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst at OneApp, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and revenue growth.
Partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, you will analyze performance trends, develop impactful reports and dashboards, and support data-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
In this role, you will help uncover opportunities, measure key performance indicators, and provide insights that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will work with modern analytics tools and data platforms to deliver accurate, meaningful reporting that supports OneApp's growth objectives.

Qualifications & Criteria
Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent hands on experience.
MySQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions).
modeling and basic DAX.
reporting, or HubSpot data exports.
warehouses, and reporting tools (ETL/ELT concepts).
(e.g., Power Automate, Zapier), or scripting (Python preferred).
