DEALER SUCCESS MANAGER

We're looking for a relationship-focused professional who thrives on helping dealership clients grow, retain business, and maximize performance. This is not a cold-calling role. This is a "Farmer" position focused on cultivating existing dealer relationships, delivering value, and becoming a trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

Build and strengthen relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and F&I teams
Conduct performance reviews and business consultations
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Train and support dealership personnel
Help dealers improve profitability and customer retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

Strong relationship-building skills
Automotive, F&I, retail, or dealership experience required
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated and organized
Passion for helping others succeed
