Litigation Paralegal

The main areas of focus for the paralegal position include:

• Drafting, proofreading, filing, and serving legal documents
• Calculating, calendaring, and monitoring deadlines
• Supporting discovery, including client and third-party records
• Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and vendors
• Assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

The role is primarily in-office in downtown Portland with occasional remote flexibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Strong working knowledge of Oregon state and federal court rules and procedures
• Litigation experience (employment law experience is preferred but not necessary)
• Familiarity with filing requirements, service rules, and subpoena practice
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
• Clear, professional communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000-82,000 dependent on experience
