Legacy Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor of Housekeeping to join our team and oversee the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Oversee the overall cleanliness and organization of all facilities within Legacy Health.

Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure high quality standards are met.

Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints.

Train and educate staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of housekeeping operations.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for housekeeping staff.

Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns.

Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations.

Assist with budget planning and management for housekeeping department.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
