The Clinical and Translational Science Institute is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) as a Clinical Research Training & Development Specialist. The Clinical Research Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training programs and educational content to support clinical research coordinators and study teams.
This role focuses on teaching and creating structured, competency-based learning materials that promote high-quality, compliant, and efficient clinical research practices across the institution.
This specialist collaborates with institutional stakeholders to ensure training programs align with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and University policies, with an emphasis on human subject's research protections and regulatory compliance.

Employee Training & Development Specialist, II
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
This is a Developing-Level position in the General Professional track.

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
